Shipping – Retail (Backyard) Sales
  • Retail orders are shipped using Australia Post standard parcel service. Parcels are tracked and a tracking number will be provided after dispatch.
  • Orders are dispatched on the Monday after order confirmation. In case of a public holiday they will be sent the following business day. If the purchaser requires dispatch earlier please notify us at checkout.
  • The cost of packing and postage is calculated at checkout.
  • Loss or damage of goods during shipping: All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the purchaser when we dispatch the goods.
  • Goods are delivered to the shipping address provided. It is the purchasers’ responsibility to check that the delivery address provided is correct.
  • Any specific delivery instructions will be noted on the package however we cannot guarantee that the exact directions will be followed.
